Most of the missionary work in Romania consists of "BlockKnocking" which we found out is knocking on doors. However, their "blocks" are not like ours. They live in large cement apartment buildings, most of which were built during the communist era, which they call "blocks". The missionaries trek through the buildings, knocking on every door on every floor. They use the elevator at their own risk - Jeffrey was stuck in one - but usually use the stairs. So this movie is a humorous, and possibly close to real, view of their daily life as missionaries in Romania.
One more thing - if you double-click the Cluj-Napoca slide show (to the right) it will take you to Picasa where all of Jeffrey's mission pictures are posted!
I can see why Jeffrey was so down all the time. Kudos to him for sticking it out.
